I offer a free telephone call of up to 20 minutes to discuss whether my approach could be right for you.
All sessions cost £70.
Our first session is an initial consultation where we discuss what support you are looking for and relevant history. I also explain how I work and what hypnosis is. It is a good opportunity to ask questions and find out more. There is no hypnosis in this session.
Sessions generally last about 50 minutes. If you have private health insurance you may be able to claim free or reduced price sessions.
